DSS loading

I'm having trouble getting Startools to accept my DSS stacked images . They're saved as Tiff but when I try to load the site says that I must load Fiits or Tiff and won't load. Where am I going wrong please??

In DSS' save dialog, can you make sure 'no compression' is selected if saving TIFF?
It's best to save 32-bit Integer FITS (also an option in the save dialog), though 16-bit TIFF is usually sufficient.

Great thanks. I'll go back to DSS and fix my save..
