Combining NB Data

Hello. I have been using Star Tools for a couple of years now and I must say that I really like this program. I just completed my NB filter set; Ha, Sii, and Oiii and I am wondering what is the best way to combine the channels. I image with an Atik 383L+ mono CCD and Baader filters. I tried the Hubble SHO palette but it seems that ST is confused when it comes to the Wipe and Colour modules. I do not want to have to abandon ST so that I can image in NB. Are there any other NB users out there that have found success?

I did some digging around here and I found this post, see below. Based on that post and mine, it looks as if there are not a lot of NB imagers here. I did manage to get my picture processed in Star Tools but had to use CS2 after to adjust the colours to suit the SHO Palette. I am sure with more practice that I will master NB processing with Star Tools. Here is the pic of the Eagle Nebula that I came up with.

Hi,

Just saw I missed some posts. :oops:
Narrow band should not be a problem with ST.

This is an example processing flow I did on Reddit;

Data should be there as well if you'd like to give it a try with the actual data.

Does this help?

Thank you Ivo. I had a quick run with my data and your technique shows a lot of promise. It is only a matter of getting to know how to process in NB. LRGB or HaLRGB is not a problem for me in Star Tools. Thanks again and Star Tools rocks!
