Not so! The latest version (1.4.345) was made available less than two weeks ago.on 31 March 2019.
Skywatcher 190MN, ASI 2600 or astro modded Canon 700d, guided by OAG, ASI120, PHD2

How do I get a new license? Mine has expired since 2016 and I can know-longer update.
