Dual monitor support

I've started using a second monitor when processing images on my laptop. It would be handy for me to be able to display the image I'm processing on the big screen monitor while I process. At this point I just use the whole "big screen" to process, but having just the image there, even if it's also on the laptop in the normal StarTools screen. Hey, you asked for wish list items.
