modules pdf is empty!

Postby Lawrence » Thu Jan 26, 2017 8:01 pm

No matter how I download the modules pdf file it is reported as 0 bytes and is empty. Is there a problem with the file in some way?

Hi Lawrence,

Thank you for letting me know, though I'm having trouble replicating your issue.
What browser (and version) are you using?

The site (and PDF) now contains more documentation (still much to do).

Hi Ivo

Well, yesterday the zip download showed an empty msi file; today it shows the correct zip file! Thanks for the fix ;)

I remain optimistic that I can learn how to use the software as long as I have access to a full help file.

Thanks

Lawrence

Hi Lawrence,

Good to hear. I actually did not make a fix yet in anticipation of browser version, etc. Good to hear the issue resolved itself though. Can you confirm the downloaded file is a PDF rather than a ZIP file? (not leaving anything to chance... :) )

Hello Ivo

It is labelled download.zip file and it is now a zip file that uncompresses to the pdf file. Worry not.

My next stage is now the binning problem (see elsewhere).

Lawrence :)
