Problem resolved. The error was my fault. I failed to uncheck the "Monochrome 16 bit..." button under "FITS Files" in the "RAW/FITS DDP Settings..." of DSS.

I am new to Star Tools and have run into a problem when post processing subs taken with a monochrome camera (ASI1600MM Pro) and H alpha filter of the Rosetta Nebula.
