Guy, The weather has been pretty rough around here but I was finally able to make another go at M81 and M82. ChrisLX200 - I tried increasing the Dark Anomaly Filter during Wipe but that didn't make a difference.
Rowland - I was already using the 25% binning setting. Sounds like more subframes are in order. Just as soon as the clouds cooperate.

I'm still fairly new to post-processing and am trying to figure out what I'm looking at and what needs to be done to correct it.
