A script was added for Siril on July 18. Its OSC_Preprocessing_withbackgroundextraction.ssf I have not tried it yet, but you can get it from the Siril script page https://free-astro.org/index.php?title=Siril:scripts

I dont think that was thestart of the log, I'm sure I did an autodev and maye other stuff but then went back and redid stretch. If you think there is still too much green try lowering the green slider just a bit. I find even small adjustments of the color sliders can make a big difference in the colors. And sometimes I use sliders increase instead of decrease. It just depends. I may take another stab at it when I have more t...

ICE does a very good job, is easy to use and being free, cant be beat,in my experience

could the problem be related to the reflection from a star out of the field of view. It looks like it could be coming from Fawaris III. Ive had this problem before
