I tried processing the extracted Ha / Oiii as separate mono images then Compose - and I don't think it looked much, if any, different from the basic bicolor version I posted above. you should try adding some "dark anomaly filter" on Wipe. There's a lot of signal there.

Even if you could it wouldn't matter as tracking would be lost as soon as you close startools.

Why does it take you days ? PC performance? Mosaic?

What are your system/computer specs ?
