grid on loading image

Some time back I queried the appearance of the grid showing up on autodev. That problem was identified as me having used the wrong debayer setting. However, I have taken some images of the sun with my Ultrastar camera and after debayering with the correct setting (RGGB) the grid reappears on loading the image. Interestingly the same image does not appear with grid in some software but does in others. Any subsequent processing with ST enhances the grid (of course).

Advice would be very welcome.

The issue would be the same as it was then; something is causing a latent repeating pattern in your data. Without looking at the data, it's hard to tell what it might be...
