Local saturation

Havent tried or looked for this as yet,
But is it possible after/or in color module to locally change saturation?
My thought is, balance colour using whatever regime, then select only DSO, say galaxy,
The boost stauration just for galaxy without affecting stars?
I like to see bold colour in the galaxy, but more more natural star field.
Just a thought.
Thanks

Hi Andy,

You should be able to just create a mask and use the Color module after Tracking is off.
Would that do what you want?

I am just away from my pc at the moment, so cant try it.
If you mean I can enter colour module with tracking on as usual,
Get colour balance for , say star field,
Then exit colour module and stop tracking and complete noise reduction,
Then finally create mask selecting DSO, and go back into colour module
And play with saturation on the masked image?
Is that the approach?

Thanks
