StarTools in Astronomy Magazine

Post by Russ.Carpenter »

I'm pleased to report that my image of NGC 2559, processed with StarTools, has been published in Astronomy Magazine. Take a peek at page 51.

Congratulations Russ! It's always a pleasure seeing your images of rarely (if ever!) imaged objects. This accolade shows it's worth sticking your neck out and that choosing the road less travelled cam yield great rewards.

I'm incredibly happy that StarTools has played a role in this image. Here's to many more! :obscene-drinkingcheers:

Really, really, nicely done!

Was curious on the details, but put 2559 into search and found your post in the gallery from earlier in the year.

Quick link for anyone else: viewtopic.php?f=11&t=2124

20 inch Newtonian, do I have that right? Sigh, probably wouldn't fit on my HEQ5.

Looked at the Astronomy magazine website, look subscription based.

Congrats. :bow-yellow:
