Mousse's filter wheel not working to zoom in or out in Second monitor

When using StarTools on a second screen, seems like all mousse controls works fine but the wheel to zoom.
In orther too zoom in and out, I have to keep StarTools window active, move the mousse pointer to the main screen and
then use the wheel to zoom... This has been happening since the controls were introduced, as far as I know, and still
happening in 1.7.440
Am I the only one or is a common problem?
