Every time I click "Next" in the Flux module in 549alpha, StarTools crashes and closes.

Thank you for reporting this. While I was unable to replicate this, I did just upload a few fixes that would trigger similar behavior.
Can you try this version (and make sure you also replace/extract the resources file)?

Thank you!

Still the same: Open JPG, do not reverse stretch, flux module, next, BOOM! (MBA M2). v8 works just fine.

I can't replicate for Win64GPU, both 549 and 549.1. Followed the User Notes for 1.8 and tried the usual ST M42 tutorial file as well as a big TIFF I had of another finished dataset kept at full APS-C res.

Interesting module though, I've never really played with it before.

Hi Ivo,
I still get the same crash with that new alpha version. FYI, I am running StarTools on my mac with the M1 processor.

I'm having a bear of a time replicating this... :(
Does this still happen with 1.9.550? (just released)

Hi Ivo, same as before (random JPG 4000x3000, MBA M2 16GB RAM). CS, Klaus

P.S.: Open 40MB fits file, linear, Flux module, next, BOOM!

P.P.S.: Same on MBA i7 - see below:
