The new HDR module is very nice, thanks.

It might be nice to have a slider to mix between zero and 100% from original to HDR versions.
This can quickly allow users to achieve a more natural look.

That's great to hear!

The four (Gamma and Detail) sliders should already let you throttle their effects precisely, from no effect at all to full effect. So, if you wish to wholesale reduce the effect, simply reduce all four sliders.
