Multiple exposures

Post by Greenman »

Hi,

Thanks for the add Ivo. With the Orion season with us is it possible to combine subs with different exposure lengths in Star Tools some way?

Cheers,

Tony.

Yes you can Tony the best way is to use the layer module , so process the first data set completely and save as a tiff , process second layer completely then using layer mode you can integrate first data into second data so if first data is 90 sec subs for core of m42 and second data is 240 sec the layer module can intergrate the two sets of data so the core doesn’t blow out video here https://youtu.be/WqYim2phWLo data on Startools website to try out on .
